Chapter 4, 5 & 6 There’s something out there, Dead men rise with the mist AND A howl shatters the night SUMMARY In chapters 4-6 we learn more about Martha, her family and about the strange boy in her grandmother’s house – Stig. Elements of mystery are visible as we wonder what Yrsa might be hiding, why Stig is so cross with his mother and why Martha’s mother might have been hiding truths from her.We also hear the ‘story’ that Martha’s grandmother told her about 3 women; Karina, Gerd and Trine.
