Our Events
We work with local schools and colleges to build tailored programmes of activities to support the needs of their students. We also offer a series of larger-scale activities such as the HEON Residential Summer School. Below you will find a selection of our events that took place in 2022-23. Check back soon for 2023-24 events!

Residentials
This year HEON have delivered two residentials; one during the Easter Holidays and one in Summer.
HEON residentials consist of workshops, practical activities and information sessions during the day, to showcase all Higher Education options and possible career routes. There will also be fun and informal entertainment in the evenings. Attendees will also get to meet current University students to really get a taste of what life at University would be like.
Sessions are delivered by many of our partner institutions, which provides a varied, balanced insight into higher education options. Both HEON residentials are completely free.
Applications for both events are now closed, but we hope to run them again in 2024. For more information contact us on heon@surrey.ac.uk
